- ➤ Wichita Falls Police Department said Thursday that former DA investigator Dan Martinez was arrested in Ohio on outstanding warrants and charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault and two counts of indecency with a child for alleged abuse from 1994 until the early 2000s—three victims reported incidents including one during a ride to school and another when a very young child was forced to sleep with him before he left the DA office in 2022 and moved out of state.
