- ➤ On Tuesday, March 18th, the Wichita Falls City Council will vote on a deal that gives Winco up to $1.284 million in tax increment financing to build South Wenonah Avenue for a new supermarket, with city staff estimating the effort saves taxpayers between $800,000 and $1 million. Councilors will also review plans to allocate opioid settlement funds and approve a development agreement for a new turn lane at the meeting in the MPEC Seminar Room — 1000 Fifth St. Times Record News
