Fire and police responded to Walmart on Greenbriar today at 7:15 p.m. when a rotisserie chicken warmer malfunctioned and shorted its cord — employees used a fire extinguisher and health officials then removed food contaminated with its residue, leading to the disposal of a significant portion of inventory.

Masala & Curry opened on Thursday at Parker Square, located at 3001 Garnett Avenue in Wichita Falls, offering Nepali and Indian dishes including garlic shrimp Paneer, butter chicken, and goat masala.
