  • Wichita County taxpayers paid over $57,000 for county employee costs and expert witness fees during the two-week trial of former auto dealer Anthony Patterson, whose case was moved to Tarrant County for a fair trial—he was convicted on child sex trafficking and indecency charges and sentenced to 33 years in prison.  Times Record News

  • High school students in Wichita Falls toured healthcare centers hosted by North Central Area Education Center, MSU Texas and Vernon College to learn about careers in radiology, dental hygiene and other fields — handling equipment and materials.
