- ➤ An ATV accident on Friday at 4:30 p.m. on private land near McKinney Road south of Wichita Falls claimed the life of 12-year-old John Kramer Barnard — a Barwise Middle School student and the son of a Wichita Falls ISD trustee — when the vehicle flipped, sheriff David Duke said as investigators continue their work.
