  • Omicron Epsilon Omega Chapter will host a pancake breakfast and health check-up at Booker T.   • MSU's McCoy School of Engineering is set to host the free Young Engineers Summer Day Camp from June 23-27 — where middle and high school students will participate in hands-on STEM workshops and tour the Wichita Falls Howmet Aerospace Company — and online applications must be submitted by Tuesday, June 17.  Texoma's Homepage
  • On June 11, community members learned about Wichita Falls ISD’s plan to turn around Hirschi Middle School—an institution that has struggled below state standards for eight years—during a town hall led by Third Future Schools' Superintendent Zach Craddock. The Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing at the Education Center on June 16 at 5 p.m. to discuss the plan before the school year may begin on August 4 if the partner is selected.  Texoma's Homepage
  • WFISD will host a public hearing on Monday, June 16 at 5 p.m. in the Education Center Board Room (1104 Broad Street) to gather community feedback on the Hirschi Middle School Turnaround Plan.
