- ➤ Government offices will close this Thursday as many state, federal and Wichita County agencies observe Juneteenth to honor the end of slavery. The 19th annual Juneteenth Bash will be held June 21 and 22 in Spudder Park at Smith and Tulsa streets and will feature live performances, vendors and family activities. Times Record News
