- ➤ Billy Joel Armstrong, Jr. pleaded guilty on June 13 to reduced charges of robbery and tampering with evidence connected to a Feb. 1 liquor store robbery in Wichita Falls—he consumed drugs while being booked—and will serve concurrent sentences of 17 and 10 years. Texoma's Homepage
