City of Wichita Falls Parks and Recreation will host auditions on Saturday, August 2 for the new Embers Performing Jazz Team for experienced dancers aged 6 to 12—led by dance professional Kat Johnson.

Applicants chosen must commit to three evening practice sessions and six to eight performances from August to December and will pay a $10 audition fee along with a $350 instruction fee.
