Superintendent Donny Lee did not comment and the school, now managed by Third Future (a turnaround company), awaits feedback from the Texas Education Agency after receiving a D on state ratings. - ➤ Wichita Falls ISD teachers began the 2025-26 school year with higher salaries as new teachers earned $51,000 annually and staff received a 3% raise plus a 75-cent increase per hour—these changes were approved by the board on Aug 12 and follow Gov.
