Washington Elementary this school year, pairing volunteer mentors with fourth graders to help students build leadership skills and boost academic success. - ➤ Starting Tuesday, the Sixth Street exit from the Lloyd Ruby Overpass into downtown Wichita Falls will close for water main repairs, lasting at least two days — limiting access to City Hall, Memorial Auditorium, Wichita County Courthouse, and the Multi-Purpose Events Complex. Drivers should use alternate routes such as the Broad Street exit off Kell Expressway, the exit from Jacksboro Highway, or BroadStreet exits from Highway 287/281 to reach downtown. Times Record News
