- ➤ The Boys and Girls Clubs of Wichita Falls named Rachel Wolff as CEO effective Dec. 8, replacing longtime CEO Randy Cooper. Wolff worked at World Vision and CARE USA — she was also a journalist with Asahi Shimbun. Times Record News

- ➤ Alysson Warren, an MSU graduate and Archer City native, earned the Gold Bear Award at Barrios Technology in Houston for her innovative work with software integration and automation tools—she started as an intern and now mentors fellow developers. News Channel 6
- ➤ Skechers signed a 10-year lease for part of a building at 3127 Lawrence Road and will open a new store covering 10,960 square feet in June 2026. Gary Mehan of GM Properties will modify 10,000 square feet of the building and plans an addition for another major retailer. Times Record News
ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ A statewide survey by GasBuddy showed that the average gasoline price in Texas rose 0.7 cents per gallon last week while remaining unchanged from a month ago and 1.8 cents lower than a year ago. The report also noted that diesel prices increased by 4.1 cents to $3.769 per gallon — and the gap between the cheapest and most expensive stations was $1.90 per gallon. News Channel 6
- ➤ AAA Texas forecast that 5.8 million Texans will travel this Thanksgiving holiday season, marking a record increase of 1.1% over last year—making it the seventh year in a row that holiday travel has risen. News Channel 6
