- ➤ WF Area Food Bank will host a holiday distribution on Wednesday, Dec. 17 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 1230 Midwestern Parkway & offer turkey, ham, and pantry staples to those in need. News Channel 6
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Legacy and Memorial high schools’ marching bands practiced at Legacy High School on December 11 as they prepare to perform in London's New Year's Day Parade (40th anniversary). Donations to support the trip can be submitted online or delivered with (Attn: London Bands) to their front offices. Times Record News

- ➤ Hospice of Wichita Falls has renovated its facility to expand outreach and serve more local residents + the updated center now provides enhanced care and additional programs to meet community needs. News Channel 6

- ➤ Two-year-old shorthair cat Alfred is known for his calm temperament and will be available for adoption tomorrow at Pet Supplies Plus (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.) and at Petco with Emily’s Legacy (noon to 4 p.m.), with a $140 fee at Petco that includes a microchip. News Channel 6
