- ➤ Tanner Wayne Gillispie, 30, from Seymour was arrested on July 23 and booked into Wichita County Jail with a $100,000 bond on two manslaughter counts tied to a December 4 crash on U.S. Highway 82 in Baylor County that killed Anthony Rodriguez, 34, and Kimberly Perez, 31—his 2018 Dodge Ram 2500 drove the wrong way and hit a 2017 Toyota Prius.
